: You can easily find a suitable coaching session for you in our booking calendar and then book yourself in. On the day of the coaching you will receive a reminder email 3-4 hours before the coaching with the zoom link for the session. You can then join at the specified time via this link. In the Zoom meeting you will meet your coach, who will explain the rest of the coaching process to you.
: You can buy your tickets on this website under PRE-SEASON TICKETS and then use them to book in for the coaching of your choice. Credits remain valid until they are redeemed - you can also use them for other FIFA offers from GA and are thus absolutely flexible in terms of time. The more credits you buy at once, the more discount you get.
: All you need to participate in a Group Coaching is a FIFA Group Coaching Credit. If you have selected FIFA as your game, you will find the Group Coaching booking calendar with all available dates under BOOKING. Each Group Coaching has a set theme & suggested skill level. You can then easily sign up for a Group Coaching of your choice with your credit.
: Each Group Coaching has a set topic and a recommended skill level. In group coaching sessions, our coaches cover every conceivable FIFA 22 topic: from offence & defence, tactics and instructions to free kicks & penalties and the mental aspects of gaming. The Group Coachings are like a study group where you talk about the topic together and can always ask the coach questions.
: The coaching sessions take place via Zoom. You will receive the link to the meeting 3 hours before the Coaching starts. You do not need a Zoom account to join the coaching session. Unlike 1on1 Coaching, you don't have to be in front of your console. Group Coachings are limited to 12 participants.
: In your confirmation email you will find a link at the very bottom where you can cancel your booking with one click. You can also cancel the coaching directly on our website. Simply go to the dashboard and cancel your coaching directly there. You will find every session you have booked under "Your booked coaching sessions".
