In relation to merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the business relationship is, at the discretion of Gamers Academy GmbH, their place of business or that of the customer.
1. Information on the websites
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on our Internet pages (hereinafter referred to as “homepage”) in accordance with § 7 Para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. We have therefore created our homepage with the utmost care. Despite all care, data may have changed in the meantime. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for the completeness of the contents, their correctness, their quality and their topicality. We therefore exclude any liability for damages arising in connection with the use of the homepage.
