2.5 General Practices Regarding Use and Storage: You acknowledge that GAMERS ACADEMY reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that GAMERS ACADEMY reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
2.6 Money Back Guarantee: Should you regret your purchase of a guide, within the first 14 days after the purchase, GAMERS ACADEMY will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access. A refund will only be available within 14 days of the purchase. Violate any applicable national or international laws, or any regulations having the force of law. You represent and warrant to GAMERS ACADEMY that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay GAMERS ACADEMY the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Terms of Service. You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with the Services other than taxes based on GAMERS ACADEMY’ net income.
3.3 Commercial Use: Unless authorized by GAMERS ACADEMY in writing, you agree not to display, distribute, license, publish, duplicate, copy, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service, use of the service or access to the service.

Other GAMERS ACADEMY, product, and service names and logos used and displayed via the Service may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to GAMERS ACADEMY. Nothing in this Terms of Service or the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any GAMERS ACADEMY displayed on the Service, without our prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of GAMERS ACADEMY trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

GAMERS ACADEMY has no control over such sites and resources and GAMERS ACADEMY is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that GAMERS ACADEMY will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the Service are between you and the third party, and you agree that GAMERS ACADEMY is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party.
6. INDEMNITY AND RELEASE

GAMERS ACADEMY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (1)THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (2) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, (3) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (4) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

GAMERS ACADEMY may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that GAMERS ACADEMY may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account or/or bar any further access to such files or Service. Further, you agree that GAMERS ACADEMY will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
