What exactly is team chemistry?
Chemistry is the connection between your players. The stronger the team chemistry, the more homogeneous the team behaves on the field. The highest possible value for a team is 100; the closer you get to that number, the better the team plays. The maximum value for individual players is ten. There are several factors that influence the team's chemistry.
What factors influence the team's chemistry?
League affiliation: If players with the same league affiliation are connected to each other, it improves team chemistry.
Team Affiliation: If players who are on the same team are connected to each other, this improves team chemistry
Nationality: If players with the same nationality are connected to each other, it improves team chemistry
Player Position: If the player's card has a different position than the one you are placing the player on, the team chemistry decreases
ICON cards: ICON cards have a strong connection to all other cards permanently, so they are a good way to increase team chemistry
How to get the perfect link
The better the link between your players is on the virtual turf, the better the chemistry of your FIFA 22 Ultimate team will be. You can see how good the link between the positions is by the color. It will distinguish between perfect, green, orange and red link. The type of link depends on three factors: The league, the nation and the club of the player.
Perfect link: same league, same nationality, same club
green link: same league, same nationality
orange link: same league
red link: neither
How do I get a loyalty bonus for my FUT cards?
It all depends on how you got the cards and how much you played with them. If you have played more than ten games with a card, the player receives a loyalty bonus of +1, which increases his individual chemistry. Furthermore, cards you draw from packs also receive a loyalty boost (also +1). This bonus could come in handy during some Squad Building Challanges.
Final touch with manager links
The selection of players and their connection with each other requires a lot of attention. But beware: nevertheless, you should not disregard the manager of the team. Choosing the right manager can give those players on your team who are from the same league or nation an additional +1 chemistry boost. A relatively easy way to improve team chemistry.
